Open Mind Health is recruiting California-licensed therapists for a fully remote telehealth role focused on virtual couples, relationship, and family therapy. This 1099 independent contractor position offers a minimum of 20 hours per week, a flexible schedule, and competitive hourly pay of $70–$80.
You will deliver evidence-based relational care, assess family systems, and collaborate with a broader care team while maintaining compliant documentation and boundaries across telehealth platforms.
Open Mind Health (OMH) is expanding and actively recruiting fully licensed California therapists with experience and interest in providing virtual couples, relationship, and family therapy.
This opportunity is well suited for clinicians experienced in relational and systemic work, including couples experiencing communication challenges, relationship transitions, conflict, intimacy concerns, parenting and family stressors, and other interpersonal concerns.
Eligible applicants may include California-licensed LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, and Psychologists whose license and scope of practice permit them to provide these services.
This is a 100% remote telehealth opportunity offering $70–$80/hour, flexible scheduling, and a minimum commitment of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability.
Please note: Applicants may reside outside California. Active, unrestricted California clinical licensure is required, as this position serves clients located in California. We are not currently accepting associate-level applicants for this role.
