Job summary

gpac is seeking a Licensed Survey Manager to lead survey project delivery for public and private clients. This role oversees staffing, budgets, schedules, and resources while ensuring quality and client satisfaction across multiple teams.

Responsibilities include post-processing field data from total station, GPS, levels, 3D laser scanners, and UAVs; producing ALTA, boundary, and topographic surveys; and preparing construction staking calculations from plans and CAD files.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of related work experience.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and projects.
• Proficiency in ALTA/ACSM, Boundary, Topographic, and Construction Surveys.
• Strong knowledge of surveying equipment and CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Lead survey project delivery for public and private agencies, provides technical oversight, mentors staff.
• Monitor project performance, QA/QC, client satisfaction, and safety standards.
• Prepare legal exhibits including plats, legal descriptions, and survey reports.
• Oversee all survey operations including staffing, budgets, schedules, and resource planning.
• Post-processing field data collected via total station, GPS, levels, 3D laser scanners, and UAVs.
• Create mapping deliverables including boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, topographic surveys.
• Prepare construction staking calculations by reading plans and interpreting CAD files.
