Landpoint is seeking a Licensed Surveyor/Staff Surveyor with flexible remote options. You will plan, perform, and supervise surveying work, coordinating with clients and team members to deliver accurate boundary, topographic, and construction surveys.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and knowledge of surveying standards, with licensure and willingness to travel as needed. Office-based or field work may be required depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in surveying or geomatics.
• Licensure in Oklahoma preferred; other state licensure considered.
• Experience in boundary, topographic, and construction surveys.

Responsabilités

• Project Coordination: Define scope, schedule, budget, and resources with clients.
• Client Communication: Provide regular updates on progress and deliverables.
• Survey Execution: Conduct or oversee boundary, topographic, construction surveys.
• Quality Assurance: Review data and deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
• Project Documentation: Maintain field notes, calculations, and correspondence; review reports and plats.
• Invoicing Support: Track progress and coordinate documentation for invoicing; respond to billing questions.
• Risk and Compliance: Identify issues and ensure compliance with safety regs and surveying standards.
