Job summary

Landpoint, LLC is seeking a Licensed Surveyor/Staff Surveyor who will plan, perform, and oversee surveying work. The role involves project coordination, client communication, and preparation of survey documents to meet professional standards while maintaining state licensure compliance.

The position supports coordination with clients, defines project scopes, and ensures surveys comply with regulatory requirements. Remote options are available, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field preferred.
• Licensure in Oklahoma preferred.
• Experience in land surveying including boundary, topographic, and construction surveys.
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles, standards, and applicable laws.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble, and related surveying software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Serve as a primary contact for technical survey matters and provide progress updates.
• Conduct or oversee boundary, topographic, construction, and other surveys.
• Ensure survey data accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Prepare survey reports, maps, plats, and related documentation.
• Review data and deliverables for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate project records and correspondence.
• Review progress and assist in invoicing documentation.
• Identify issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
