Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Arizona.
• Minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, ideal in clinical settings.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Document all client interactions and clinical assessments accurately and in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and coordinate care effectively.
• Stay abreast of advancements in mental health practices through workshops and development opportunities.
