Clear Mind Psychological Services is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a full-time capacity. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately determine clients' mental health needs, using standardized assessment tools as well as personalized interviews.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that align with individual client goals, ensuring that strategies are effective and responsive to changing circumstances.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to assist clients in managing their mental health challenges.
• Collaborate regularly with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure integrated care that holistically addresses client wellness.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records while adhering to ethical and legal guidelines, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population is diverse and includes individuals facing various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and substance abuse issues. The LPC will work with clients from different age groups and backgrounds, requiring a profound understanding of cultural sensitivities and adaptability in therapeutic approaches. Qualifications

• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Arizona is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 50,000 to 80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, in addition to potential bonuses.
