Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health counseling required.
• Current, unrestricted LPC credential.
• Minimum two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
• Proficiency with computer applications including EHR, spreadsheets, and communication software.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of clients with professional boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions to assess progress and plan care.
• Develop and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes per standards.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs.
