Clear Mind Psychological Services in Glendale, Arizona seeks a licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a full-time remote role. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and couples therapy using CBT/DBT to support clients with diverse mental health needs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Arizona Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.
• Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or related field from an accredited program.
• Experience providing individual and group therapy in mental health settings.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques and their clinical application.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; commitment to client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using standardized tools and interviews.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans aligned with client goals.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and group counseling using CBT/DBT and other modalities.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and social workers to coordinate integrated care.
• Maintain accurate, confidential HIPAA-compliant client records.
• Engage in ongoing clinical supervision and professional development.
