Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Arizona is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting, is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients to determine mental health needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and provide therapy services.
• Maintain thorough progress notes and documentation for each client (monthly/quarterly).
