Tiny Triumphs Counseling Services in Aurora, Illinois seeks a full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist to deliver culturally competent therapy remotely via telehealth. You will conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and lead individual, family, and group sessions.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, respond to crises, educate clients and families, and maintain confidential documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field with state licensure.
• Current IL license LMFT/LCPC/LCSW.
• Experience delivering individual and group therapy with cultural competence.
• Proficiency with telehealth and EHR systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments and create treatment plans.
• Lead individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
