Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited program.
• Valid IL LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW license.
• Knowledge of cultural competency in therapy.
• Experience with individual and group therapy.
• Strong crisis intervention skills.
• Proficiency with EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy.
