Riverside Behavioral Health Center seeks a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for our remote outpatient team in Illinois. You will assess, treat, and support individuals, couples, families, and groups with evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT).

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues, maintain documentation with confidentiality, and contribute to a culture of compassionate, ethical mental health care.

Qualifications

• Must hold current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Illinois (LMFT/LCPC/LCSW).
• Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Minimum two years of relevant clinical experience and strong diagnostic skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct intake assessments, identify concerns, diagnose and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using CBT, DBT, and other modalities.
• Provide crisis intervention and ensure client safety.
• Maintain confidential records and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate clients and families about mental health options and rights.
