Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Valid and unrestricted licensure as LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in Illinois.
• Minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing CBT, DBT, and ERP.
• Work in a fast-paced outpatient clinic focusing on Depression Recovery, OCD, and Anxiety Disorders.
• Document patient care accurately and timely, adhering to agency standards for treatment plans and outcomes.
• Participate in weekly supervision sessions with a clinical director or supervisor.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary team meetings to improve treatment plans and care coordination.
