• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW).
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or closely related discipline.
• Two years of relevant clinical experience providing mental health therapy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to connect empathetically with clients and families.
• Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member.
• Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining high professional standards.

• Conduct assessments to evaluate mental health needs, formulate diagnoses, and develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-informed practices.
