Health Connect America, Inc. is hiring licensed therapists to deliver high-quality behavioral health services to clients in their homes, communities, and remote settings.

As a remote therapist based in Tennessee, you will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide individual, family, and group therapy, and collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and community partners to support meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field required.
• Must be eligible for licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in applicable states.
• Experience conducting behavioral health assessments and treatment planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment recommendations.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Create and monitor treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning.
• Maintain clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams and community partners.
