Job summary

Allied Behavioral Health Center in Atlanta, GA is seeking a licensed mental health professional to provide remote therapy and assessments for a diverse client base. The LMHC will diagnose, treat, and document care in a community health setting.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, deliver individual and group therapies, and ensure evidence‑based practice while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and care.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant mental health field.
• Current and valid licensure as LMFT/LPC/LCSW in Georgia.
• Minimum four years of direct clinical experience.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and clinical software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments using interviews and standardized tools.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with evidence‑based approaches.
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions with culturally responsive techniques.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
• Provide referrals to psychiatrists or specialized therapists when needed.
• Maintain accurate records in the EHR and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance therapeutic skills.
