Carter Mental and Behavioral Healthcare in Tucson, Arizona, is seeking fully licensed mental health therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) for remote, full-time work. You will conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

Collaborate with case managers and psychiatrists, respond to crises, participate in outreach, and contribute to reducing stigma.

Qualifications

• Active independent license as LCSW/LPC/LMFT.
• Master's or doctoral degree in relevant field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cultural sensitivity and competence with diverse populations.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapies for individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation when needed.
