Qualifikationen

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW) in California
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, or related field
• Demonstrated commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity in mental health service delivery
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for teamwork

Aufgaben

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments that inform treatment planning
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to cultural and individual backgrounds
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other allied health professionals to deliver coordinated care
• Provide crisis intervention during mental health emergencies
• Educate patients and families on mental health conditions and resources
