Qualificações

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, MFT, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid license as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California.
• Experience in outpatient mental health counseling (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments considering cultural narratives to shape treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT) sensitive to cultural backgrounds.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other professionals to develop holistic care plans.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies as needed.
• Educate patients and families on mental health and resources.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Participate in supervision and cultural empathy training.
• Stay updated on mental health research and best practices.
