Job summary

Silver Crest Behavioral Health Center is seeking a licensed mental health professional to work remotely as a full-time LMHC/LPC/LCSW in Texas. You will assess, diagnose, and treat diverse client populations, using evidence-based therapies from a home office.

Responsibilities include developing tailored treatment plans, conducting regular sessions, and coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team. A strong license in Texas and at least four years of clinical experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or closely related field.
• Current, valid license as LMHC, LPC, or LCSW in Texas.
• Minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience with diverse client groups.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health conditions and develop diagnosis and treatment plans.
• Create and implement evidence-based therapy plans with multiple modalities.
• Maintain regular therapy sessions and provide coping strategies for clients.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with other providers.
• Provide referrals to specialists when additional support is required.
