Mental Aid Psychological Services is seeking an LPC for a fully remote, full-time role in Texas, delivering high-quality mental health care to diverse clients.

You will provide individual and group therapy (CBT/DBT/SFBT), maintain EMR records, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while pursuing ongoing professional development. Texas licensure and 2+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active and unrestricted Texas LPC licensure.
• Minimum two years of professional counseling experience, preferably in clinical settings.
• Knowledge of legal and ethical guidelines governing mental health practice.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for diverse clients.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized therapy plans using assessments for effective treatment.
• Conduce individual and group therapy sessions with evidence-based methods (CBT, DBT, SFBT).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate EMR records in compliance with legal/ethical standards.
• Pursue ongoing professional development through workshops and trainings.
