Qualifications

• Must possess a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).
• Master's degree or Doctorate in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and document diagnoses and interventions.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Render crisis intervention and manage acute mental health situations.
• Maintain confidential client records including treatment plans and progress notes.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals to coordinate care.
