Teleperformance USA is seeking a Licensed Insurance Specialist to serve as the primary contact for clients, resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, at least 6 months of customer service experience, and the ability to type 25 wpm. Knowledge of Windows systems and some sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with Windows-based systems and desktop computer use.

Responsibilities
