Teleperformance USA is seeking a Licensed Insurance Specialist to serve as a primary contact for clients, handling inbound and outbound inquiries with a focus on high-quality service.

The role requires responding to diverse questions using web-based tools and maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced environment. Eligible states include ME and other listed locations, with remote work requirements and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems and Windows-based systems.
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• College degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service through active listening.
• Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively.
• Aim to resolve issues on the first call with proactive, patient, empathetic service.
• Communicate with customers and apply retention efforts when needed.
• Identify customers who are comparing plans and assist with correct pricing.
• Compassionately handle sensitive healthcare-related situations.
