Job summary

TP is seeking a Licensed Insurance Specialist to serve as the primary contact for clients, resolving inquiries with a focus on excellent service in a fast-paced environment. Roles include handling inbound/outbound inquiries and protecting confidential information.

The position requires an active Property & Casualty license, a high school diploma, and at least 6 months of customer service experience. Remote work is available from multiple US states.

Qualifications

• Active resident Property & Casualty license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems and Windows-based systems.
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• College degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism.
• Provide excellent customer service through active listening.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Aim to resolve issues on first contact with proactive, empathetic communication.
• Engage customers and explain pricing plans when needed.
• Identify shoppers and explain contract terms and pricing.
• Support sensitive healthcare-related inquiries with care.
