The position targets growth into an Account Manager within 6-9 months, based on readiness and performance. A Property & Casualty license and personal lines experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• 1-3 years of personal lines experience.
• Residence in Texas required.
• Career-minded with readiness to transition to Account Manager in 6-9 months.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and provide exceptional service.
• Process policy changes and assist clients with billing questions.
• Verify client contact details and update records in agency systems.
• Make outbound calls to clients and carriers to resolve questions.
• Identify client needs and opportunities for additional coverage.
