Integrity Personal Insurance is seeking a licensed Insurance Service Representative for a remote Texas role. You will handle inquiries, process policy changes, assist with billing, and deliver excellent client service from home.

The position targets growth into an Account Manager within 6-9 months, based on readiness and performance. A Property & Casualty license and personal lines experience are required.

If you enjoy helping others and are a compassionate, customer-focused insurance professional, Our growing agency is looking for a Licensed Insurance Service Representative who is ready to grow into an Account Manager role.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with personal lines insurance experience who is returning to the industry or looking for their next step. You’ll begin by learning Integrity’s culture, systems, and processes while answering incoming calls, processing policy changes, helping with billing questions, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

The expectation is to transition into an Account Manager position within 6-9 months, based on demonstrated readiness and performance. An active Property & Casualty insurance license and previous personal lines insurance experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly, aiming to answer on the first ring.
• Process policy change requests and assist clients with billing questions and other service needs.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each client contact and update account information.
• Make outbound calls to clients and carriers to resolve questions and follow up on requests.
• Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication and consistent follow-through.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention and loyalty.
• Identify client needs and opportunities for additional coverage.
• Accurately document client conversations and service activities in our agency systems.
• Learn Integrity’s culture, systems, and workflows while preparing to transition into an Account Manager role within 6-9 months.
• Gradually take on renewal reviews, quoting, and account management responsibilities as readiness is demonstrated.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
• 1-3 years of personal lines insurance experience required.
• Must reside in Texas.
• Career-minded, with the desire and readiness to transition into an Account Manager role within 6-9 months.
• Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and adapt to Integrity’s systems and processes.
• Resourceful problem solver with an upbeat, positive attitude.
• Confident self-starter who works well independently in a remote environment.
