Job summary

Impact Performance Team in Texas is hiring a Personal Lines Account Manager for an on-site, full-time role. You will manage client accounts, process quotes, and coordinate with licensed agents to deliver tailored insurance solutions.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in insurance, with a Texas P&C license preferred. Training for licensing will be provided, and licensing fees covered by the agency. Strong communication and data analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year or equivalent experience in the insurance industry.
• Active Texas Property and Casualty License preferred.
• Willing to become licensed within 90 days of hire; agency will pay for classes and licensing fees.
• Experience with e-signature platforms such as DocuSign.
• Experience with Insurance related Client Management Systems and ACORD Forms.

Responsibilities

• Consistently perform service and sales administration tasks in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email and in person by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Process policy changes, issue certificates of insurance and prepare new business and renewal quotes.
• Assist producing agent by analyzing client needs and tailoring insurance solutions.
• Respond to underwriting requests from insurance companies; assist with claims, billing and payments.
