Foundever is hiring a Remote Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls about customers’ insurance policies. The company covers training, testing, and licensing costs, with a focus on billing inquiries while licenses are being obtained.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Must have open availability during operating hours.
• Willingness to complete state licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls about customers' insurance policies and inquiries.
• Assist with coverage information, endorsements, billing, or policy modifications.
• Manage high-volume billing calls, especially around military paydays on the 1st and 15th.
• While awaiting your state license, focus on billing inquiries.
