Job summary

Foundever seeks a Remote Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls about customers' insurance policies. You will be trained and sponsored for state licensing, with a focus on billing inquiries while awaiting licensure.

Compensation is $17–$19 per hour, with 100% paid training and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, PTO, and career growth opportunities. Strong empathy and organization are required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills and empathy for customers.
• Ability to navigate insurance and internal systems to find information.
• Willingness to learn and complete state licensing training.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls regarding customers' insurance policies.
• Explain coverage, endorsements, billing, and policy modifications to callers.
• Assist with inquiries about certicates, binders, and policy status during licensing period.
• Manage high volume billing calls, especially around military paydays on the 1st and 15th.
