Trellis is seeking a Licensed P&C Insurance Service Advisor (LSA) to deliver high-quality customer experiences. You will handle renewals, changes, and cross-sells with empathy, using multiple carrier platforms. This remote role supports policyholders across most U.S. states.

You will collaborate with Sales, Training, and Operations to ensure consistent, accurate service and opportunities for growth. Salary starts at $52,500 with uncapped bonuses and advancement potential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of personal lines insurance experience in a service, retention or sales support role.
• Active Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license in at least 10 states.
• Retention-focused with a track record at preventing cancellations and cross-selling.
• Clear, confident and empathetic communicator; able to simplify complex concepts.
• Tech-forward: proficient with multiple carrier systems and CRMs; data-driven.

Responsibilities

• Provide service via phone, email, and SMS with prompt, accurate, and personable support.
• Retain and grow customers by managing renewals, at-risk accounts, and cross-sell options.
• Drive revenue through consultative selling, quoting and binding additional lines.
• Interpret policies and endorsements to make compliant, customer-protective decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Training, and Operations for smooth handoffs.
• Master CRM, raters, and carrier portals for major insurers (e.g., Progressive, Geico).
• Leverage automation to improve workflows and performance metrics.
