Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance Producer License preferred or required
• Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable conducting remote sales conversations
• Ability to explain insurance concepts clearly to clients
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily activity
• Familiar with web-based sales and insurance systems
• Coachable and willing to participate in ongoing training
• Professional, ethical, client-focused sales approach
• Previous final expense or life insurance sales experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective clients regarding final expense and life insurance coverage
• Conduct phone-based needs assessments
