Job summary

New Season is seeking Telecounselors to provide individual and group counseling to patients served by clinics nationwide via a HIPAA-compliant video platform.

Role requires Master’s degree in a Human Services field and independent licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC) in the applicable state, with experience in substance abuse and telecounseling. Remote work arrangements may be approved by leadership in accordance with policy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a Human Services field and independent license (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC) in the state supported.
• Experience in substance abuse, Intensive Outpatient, Group and telecounseling.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to multitask and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group counseling via synchronous video.
• Educate patients on treatment, health issues and steps to recovery.
• Complete telecounseling notes and treatment plans within required timeframes.
