Job summary

Headlight seeks licensed clinicians to join a clinician-led team transforming mental healthcare. This W2 role offers base salary plus monthly billed-hour bonuses, with total compensation illustrated at $96k–$111k for standard billed-hour units.

Flexible options include work-from-home or hybrid arrangements, with robust benefits and credentialing support. Applicants must be licensed in California to be considered.

Qualifications

• 12 months clinical setting experience after licensure
• Master’s level degree or higher in related field
• Active LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or Psychologist license for CA location
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Maintain licensure/certification throughout employment
• Ability to work as a team member
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency with electronic health records; NextGen desirable
• Strong computer literacy across common software

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with patients
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
• Create individualized treatment plans
• Meet with patients regularly for counseling and adjust plans as needed
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress
• Involve and advise family members when appropriate
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities
