Job summary

Qualifications
- 12 months of clinical experience after full licensure
- Master’s level degree or higher in related field
- Active full license (LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LPCC or Psychologist) required
- English/Spanish bilingual is a plus but not required
- Maintain licensure/certification throughout employment
Responsibilities
- Establish positive rapport with patients
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
- Create individualized treatment plans
- Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling and adjust plans
- Conduct ongoing assessments and involve families when appropriate
- Plan outreach and referral activities in communities
