Job summary

Headlight is transforming mental healthcare and seeks licensed clinicians to join a collaborative team. You will provide therapy, develop treatment plans, and support patients across sessions with autonomy under clinical leadership.

We offer a base salary with monthly billed-hour bonuses, strong benefits, and flexible work options. Applicants must hold a valid license and reside in California; we hire to strengthen access and outcomes while supporting professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months in a clinical setting after licensure.
• Master’s degree or higher in related field.
• Full, unencumbered clinical license (LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LPCC or Psychologist).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Maintain licensure/certification throughout employment.
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Proficiency with EHR systems; NextGen desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Meet with patients regularly for counseling and plan adjustments.
• Conduct ongoing assessments and involve families when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referrals in surrounding communities.
