Establish rapport, diagnose and treat mental health disorders, and create individualized treatment plans while collaborating with leadership focused on patient outcomes. We provide comprehensive benefits and flexible work options.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of clinical experience after licensure.
• Master’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Active LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LPCC or Psychologist license required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
• Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs
• Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling and adjust plans
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress
• Involve and advise family members when appropriate
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities
