Qualifications
- 12 months clinical setting experience after full licensure
- Masters level degree or higher in related field
- Active license in LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LPCC or Psychologist per location
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
- Maintain licensure/certification throughout employment
- Teamwork and collaboration能力
- Excellent written and oral communication
- EHR proficiency with healthcare data management (NextGen desirable)
- Strong computer literacy across word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentations
Responsibilities
- Establish positive rapport with patients
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
- Create individualized treatment plans
- Meet regularly with patients for counseling and plan adjustments
- Involve family members when appropriate
- Plan outreach and referral activities
