Qualifications

• Master’s level degree or higher in related fields.
• Full, unencumbered license (LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LPCC or Psychologist) for practice.
• Active licensure required; associates not hired.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Meet regularly with patients for counseling and adjust plans as needed.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of progress.
• Involve family when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referrals in surrounding communities.
