Job summary

Headlight seeks licensed clinicians to join a mission-driven behavioral health team in the U.S. Headlight supports clinicians with admin work, advanced technology, and clinical autonomy to focus on patient care.

This W-2 role offers competitive base pay, a monthly billed-hour bonus, and a path to substantial total compensation in a collaborative, hybrid setting. Applicants must be licensed and reside in California, with options for hybrid or remote work.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in related field and active clinical license.
• Active license: LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LPCC or Psychologist.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs.
• Meet with patients regularly for counseling and treatment adjustments.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress.
• Involve and advise family members when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities.
