Job summary

Headlight seeks licensed clinicians to join a mission-driven team transforming mental healthcare. The role offers a W-2 position with comprehensive benefits, flexible, hybrid/remote options, and generous total compensation projections based on billed hours.

Candidates must hold a valid license (LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LPCC or Psychologist) and be open to collaborative, team-based care with strong EHR proficiency and client-centered treatment planning.

Qualifications

• 12 months in a clinical setting after licensure.
• Master’s Degree or higher in a related field.
• Full, unencumbered clinical license to practice.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans and adjust as needed.
• Meet with patients regularly for counseling and treatment.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress.
• Involve and advise family members when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities.
