Job summary

Headlight seeks licensed clinicians to provide high-quality mental health care with autonomy and expert clinical support. The role emphasizes evidence-based treatment, collaborative teams, and a focus on improving patient outcomes in a technology-assisted care model.

Clinicians work within a supportive system that handles insurance, billing, and marketing, allowing focus on direct patient care and case consultations with experienced executives.

Qualifications

• Must have 12 months of clinical experience after licensure.
• Master’s degree or higher in related field and an active license.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
• Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances
• Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust plans as necessary
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress; involve and advise family when appropriate
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities
