Headlight, a clinician-led behavioral health partner, seeks licensed clinicians to deliver patient-centered care. You will diagnose, treat, and tailor plans while benefiting from administrative automation and executive clinical support.

Role emphasizes autonomy within a collaborative team, with W2 status and a competitive base plus billed-hour bonus. We support flexible work arrangements and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• 12+ months in a clinical setting after full licensure.
• Master’s degree or higher in related field.
• Active license: LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LPCC or Psychologist (California preferred).
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
• Maintain licensure/certification throughout employment.
• Strong teamwork, organization, and communication.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (NextGen desirable).
• Computer literacy across standard apps.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Meet regularly with patients for counseling and progress review.
• Involve family when appropriate and coordinate care.
• Plan outreach and referrals in surrounding communities.
