Headlight seeks licensed clinicians to provide evidence-based mental health care. Clinicians enjoy autonomy within a supportive leadership framework and access to clinical consult groups and case consultations.

Qualifications

• 12 months clinical setting after licensure
• Master's degree required in related field
• Active license required (LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LPCC or Psychologist)
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Maintain licensure throughout employment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• EHR proficiency with NextGen desirable
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
• Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs
• Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling and adjust plans
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and involve families when appropriate
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities
