Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months in a clinical setting after licensure.
• Active, valid clinical license in the applicable office location.
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans and meet with patients regularly.
• Conduct ongoing assessments and modify plans as needed.
• Involve families when appropriate and plan outreach activities.
