The team emphasizes autonomy within collaborative Clinical Consult Groups and access to executive medical leadership for case consultations, helping clinicians deliver high-quality, whole-person care.

Qualifications

• 12 months in a clinical setting after licensure.
• Master’s degree or higher in related fields.
• Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or Psychologist license.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
• Maintain licensure/certification throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans.
• Meet with patients regularly for counseling and adjust plans as needed.
• Involve family members when appropriate and plan outreach.
• Collaborate with team and participate in case consultations.
