Qualifications
- 12 months of clinical work after licensure
- Master’s degree or higher in related field
- Active license (LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LPCC or Psychologist)
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Maintain licensure throughout employment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Establish positive rapport with patients
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
- Create individualized treatment plans
- Meet with patients regularly for counseling and adjustments
- Conduct ongoing progress assessments
- Involve family members when appropriate
- Plan outreach and referrals in surrounding communities
