Qualifications

• Fully licensed LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or Psychologist.
• Minimum 12 months in a clinical setting after full licensure.
• Master's level degree or higher in related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs.
• Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling and adjust plans.
• Assess patient progress over time.
• Involve family members when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referrals in surrounding communities.
