Based in California, you will work with a supportive network of executive therapists and psychiatrists, delivering care through continuous improvements and efficient sessions. This role offers a base salary with a billed-hour bonus, contributing to total yearly compensation
Qualifications
- 12 months of clinical work after licensure
- Active professional license (LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LPCC or Psychologist)
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Maintain licensure throughout employment
Responsibilities
- Establish positive rapport with patients
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
- Create individualized treatment plans
- Meet with patients regularly for counseling and treatment adjustments
- Conduct ongoing progress assessments
- Involve family when appropriate
- Plan outreach and referral activities
