We are seeking licensed clinicians residing in California, willing to practice in a hybrid model with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to impact care at scale.

Qualifications

• Masters or higher in a related field and an active license to practice.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with clinical teams.
• Experience with EHR systems, preferably NextGen.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans and adjust as needed.
• Meet with patients regularly for counseling and progress review.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress.
• Involve and advise family members when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referrals within surrounding communities.
